WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

At Champion Flooring we strive to make our customers number one. We manufacture and install several synthetic floor surfaces for a variety of uses. Champion Flooring is an employee owned and operated synthetic floor manufacturing and installation company. We produce urethane for indoor and outdoor applications in our manufacturing facility in Pittsburg, Kansas but our installation goes across the country.

We are the polyurethane athletic flooring specialists. Champion Flooring is ISO certified in both manufacturing and installing. Many of the manufacturers are ISO certified but, few if any, of the installers are. We are both the manufacturer and installer which simplifies the warranty process and makes any issue a no fault game. Also, our product is 100% made in the USA. We’re seamless just like our floors.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Our floors incorporate a 92% post-consumer recycled rubber base mat with water based paints and plant based adhesives & polyurethane.

SEAMLESS

Our seamless urethane system is safer than other sports floors and can be resurfaced, lowering the life cycle cost of your sports floor.

MANUFACTURER & INSTALLER

We’re seamless just like our floors. By manufacturing our products ourselves we don’t rely on a third party for quality production, product development or warranty issues.

We make our polyurethane floors right here in the USA so when you buy from us you’re supporting our economy and getting a top-notch product.

OUR FLOORS

Our polyurethane sports floors are seamless and come in any color you can imagine. They are suitable for many sports including but not limited to basketball, track & field, gym, badminton, tennis & volleyball. Each floor can be customized with any color or logo to fit your needs and can be resurfaced. Our floors also help prevent injury with a very high shock absorption which is why they are ideal for indoor sporting facilities.

COMPANY HISTORY

Champion Flooring was founded in April 2004 by Jason Jameson, Craig Burri, and John Parsons. Construction began on the 4,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in August of 2004 and was finished in February 2005. Our plant is built with the potential to produce up to 34,000 sq. ft. of urethane sports flooring and 45,000 sq. ft. of adhesive per day. In 2009, Champion flooring needed to expand and added 4,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and additional manufacturing area.

The company has grown from the installation of 2 gym floors in 2004 to the product/installation involvement in over 300,000 sq. ft. of gym floors in 2012.
